Lekerommet

Lekerommet is a trio formed in Bergen who play self written music for children. They play the story “Kyllingen som ikke kunne synge”, a story about a chicken who is tired of living on a farm with the other dirty animals, so he tries to move into the castle with the musicloving king by wooing him with song. The problem is the chicken can’t sing.

Lekerommet have toured Norway many times, and visited concert halls and jazz festivals such as Molde Jazzfestival, Kongsberg jazzfesitval, Nattjazz, Bølgen Kulturhus, Stavanger Konserthus, Kilden Kulturhus, Bodø Konserthus and so on.

They released an album in 2017 - Kyllingen som ikke kunne synge.
